Short, because the practice is short. This page describes exactly what our systems do — every sentence is checkable.
This site
Sets zero cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The region and banner preferences you pick are stored in your own browser's localStorage and never transmitted.
Order requests
When you place an order or request an invoice we store what you typed — machine, configuration, name, email, company, use-case notes — in our database (Supabase, EU region) to fulfil the order and reply. Nothing else is collected. Write to us to have it deleted.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. Card numbers never touch our servers, and we never see them — we receive confirmation that a payment happened and the email you gave Stripe.
We email you about your order. There is no marketing list, no sequence, no reselling of addresses.
The machines we sell
Run entirely on your premises. Whatever you do with yours is invisible to us by design — that is the product.
