Ordering from anywhere

International orders

The questions a buyer outside the EU and US actually has — landed cost, customs time, warranty validity, and what installation means across an ocean — answered plainly. Where a fact depends on your country, we commit to stating it in writing before you pay rather than guessing here.

Yes, we ship to you

Card checkout ships to roughly 100 countries. EU orders are charged in EUR, UK in GBP, and everywhere else in USD — your bank converts at its own rate. The order confirmation states, in writing, where your machine ships from — that determines everything below.

Duties and import taxes — the honest version

If your machine crosses a border into your country, the carrier or customs collects import duty and local VAT/taxes from you at delivery; they are not in the checkout total. Indicative only: EU import VAT runs 19–27% when shipped from outside the EU; UK 20%; Brazil commonly adds 60%+ import tax plus state ICMS on electronics. Your customs broker has the real number — and your order confirmation states the expected shipping path so you can check before anything ships.

Customs time is not inside the lead time

The 3–5 week (stock) or 6–8 week (built-to-order) window covers our pipeline: sourcing, building, installing and testing the stack, shipping. Customs clearance in your country is additional and outside our control — for some countries it is days, for some it is weeks. Plan for it; we flag known-slow destinations at confirmation.

Warranty, per country, in writing

OEM warranties can be region-locked — an NVIDIA or Dell warranty bought through one channel is not automatically serviceable on another continent. So we commit to this: before your order is confirmed, we state in writing which warranty path applies in your country. If the OEM will not serve your region, you hear it before you pay, not after something breaks.

What $2,000 of install buys when nobody flies

Two named variants, same fee. On-site (EU and US): we come, unbox, plug in, and run the throughput checks with you. Remote-guided (everywhere else): a scheduled live session with our engineer driving the same checklist over video — models loaded and pinned before shipping, benchmark certificate recorded on your exact machine during the session. The deliverable is identical: a working, measured system, not a shrink-wrapped box.

The escape hatch: buy locally, we install remotely

Our fee is the install, not a margin on hardware. If the machine is cheaper or simpler to buy in your own country — local warranty, no import duty on the hardware, familiar channel — buy it there and we deploy the full stack on it remotely for the same fee. For high-duty countries this is usually the best answer, and we will say so in your quote.

Damaged in transit?

Tell us within 3 days of the machine reaching you — customs release counts, not the ship date — with a photo, and we handle replacement or repair at our cost.
