What the one-time install includes

Models quantised, loaded and tuned for the box (the frontier flagship plus a working set for code, image, voice). The OpenClaw agent runtime wired to your tools. A ChatGPT-style chat app on your own network with accounts for your team. A walkthrough on delivery day, and 30 days of adjustment afterwards.

Hardware at cost — with the receipt

We pass the machine through at what we paid, and the invoice includes the hardware receipt so you can check. Our fee is the install, not a margin on the box. If a machine is cheaper in your own channel, buy it there and we install on it — same fee.

Delivery and install day

Demand is strong right now — shipping currently runs 2–3 weeks, confirmed with your order. The machine arrives configured, not in shrink-wrap: we unbox, plug in, run the throughput checks with you, and hand over the numbers measured on your exact unit.

The honest maths

Flat out, one box produces roughly 180M tokens a month — $1,940–$3,230/mo at metered API rates. If nothing runs while you sleep and nothing you type is sensitive, a subscription is the better deal and we will say so before taking your money.
